FNB Eldoraigne bad service

Deposit made at ATM Thursday 01.04.2021. ATM gave error. The branch refused to call technician out as it would cost them money. I got accused by the bank for damaging ATM while doing a cash deposit of R4 400. I sat inside bank from 11H17 till 16H30. To date 07.04.2021 the cash is still not reflecting in my bank account. The Eldoraigne Branch personnel is the worst ever. No assistance. Private clients were phoned several times also with no assistance. Why pay extra bank charges for private clients account if they do not assist when you need assistance. That is what I was told to upgrade my account with FNB. Where is the assistance now?
