FNB EFT reversal

I would like to make this review for FNB, I made an EFT payment by mistake when I was applying for the South Korea Visa online. Since 17 June 2023 I have been struggling with FNb to reverse my money from the account I paid by mistake. They are taking me from pilla to post and I am frustrated at the moment.
