I think FNB does not offer any services or help etc to small businesses been with them on there gold business account for just over a year and they have been extremely unhelpful. They Claim that you can run your business make changes etc from the App. But each time they tell us to come into the branch. During the covid 19 shutdown FNB did not assist all businesses only those who qualified. but in essence it was the businesses that didnt qualify who needed the help the most.
