FNB Edo collection attempt and NEDO

I see many have complained about the same issue with no resolutions, so I know that I am not getting any justice from FNB in regards, the question is simple and FNB seem to not have an answer for it WHO IS EDO COLLECTION!!!! AND WHY ARE THEY TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNTS?????

I guess the only option left for me is to leave the bank, because it seems like my money is not safe with them.
