FNB-EDO Collection

I am extremely unsatisfied with FNB. I have multiple transactions from EDO Collection Attempt and I don’t even know why or who is taking money from my account. I have never authorized a debit order with these people. Please, stop this debit order and why do these people have access to my account without my approval?
