FNB EDO

I transfered money into my account for a debit order and fnb did a edo on the money I deposited and as a result of that by debit order bounced. Now apparently the money is taken as a edo to go towards my debit orders. But what's the point of it if it causes my debit orders to bounce. I'm considering closing all my accounts at fnb if this isn't resolved.
