FNB EDG MULTI PRODUCT on my credit report as 5 hard searches in 6 months

FNB EDG MULTI PRODUCT - what is this as I haven't app**** for any product with FNB in the past year, except replacing my card. This reflects as a hard search on my credit report and it is lowering my credit score as there have been 5 of these in the past six months.
