FNB EDG Multi Product - FRUAD/UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CHECKS

I emailed FNB regarding this FNB EDG Multi Product which was an enquiry from FNB on my credit score. I never app**** for a loan from FNB and do not know what this is. It is either an unauthorized credit check from FNB or someone is using my details, which is *****! I have emailed and emailed and phoned and phoned and got a response for evidence and no replies! I would say this is a very important matter to solve but according to FNB, it's not!
