FNB EDG Multi Product Credit Score Query

FNB has been running credit enquiries multiple times. Reference is FNB EDG Multi Product. Seems they have been running this since November 2021 but it never showed up on my credit report until now in December when an influx of credit enquiries suddenly flooded in dating back to 2021. This has adversely affected my credit score. When I have tried to query it with FNB I was sent to 4 different departments and eventually the answer I got was FNB doesn't have a product with that name and I did not get an answer as to what the enquiries are about.
