FNB EDG Multi Product 2 x hard enquiries without my consent (*******)

Hi, I moved to FNB due to being easier for transfers and funds from work and fixing my credit score by paying off debt and Jan 2023 I would have moved in a new apartment now I cant apply for a home because FNB has done 2 x hard enquiries on my name without me knowing this is ******* and against the digital law act. I am disgusted. We pay you to keep our money safe and names and yet you mess up my name while I am working my butt off to help my family and get a better credit score to apply for a new home now I will still stay alone and be without my family because of this ***** act. 1- 19th Apr 2022 2- 8th Aug 2022

This better be delt with I did not expect my year to start like this..... :(
