FNB ****ed up and refusing to reimburse me

My account was hacked, I notified the bank timeously, while the transactions were pending and they didn’t bother to assist . 21 transactions went through my acc in succession without bring flagged, now I’m told they won’t reimburse me. Take your money out of FNB immediately, their security is appalling
