FNB eBucks travel is a ****
I rented cars through the FNB app in November 2025 and January 2026. Still haven’t got my deposits back.
Avis sends me to FNB. FNB sends me back to Avis. Calling them is pointless, they just transfer you around. No one knows anything.
eBucks Travel feels like a **** between FNB and Avis. They’ll keep sending you back and forth until you give up. Avis says the hold is released. FNB acts clueless, they never know anything, they dont see anything. How are you not aware of transactions happening in my account?? As for Private bankers they just exist to tell you which line to call.
FNB Private Banking is a complete joke.

Exactly how many 21 business days am I expected to wait? Should this not be handled as a matter of urgency, considering I have already waited this long?
