FNB eBucks - Totally Broken and unable to resolve it.

FNB eBucks has somehow completely broken my eBucks account. I am unable to even see my eBucks balance. The response I am currently getting is that, from their side, they cannot resolve the matter.

Totally unacceptable customer service!
