FNB EBucks - Terrible

FNB recently launched a fuel rewards program which rewards you with double your fuel spend reward in ebucks (R8 per litre if you're level 5) per quarter if you stick to the following rules: 1. Have your car loaded on the NAV app, 2. 100% of your FUEL spend at Engen, 3. Have a car financed with Wesbank. Since July i have met all 3 criteria, however i was not rewarded with eBucks as they claim for the month of August i made a purchase of R70.90 at another petrol station. This purchase was for a coffee and a pack of chewing gum. Nowhere in the rules does it state that i may not purchase anything from the shop of another petrol station. The biggest issue i have is that they have now asked me for my slips from 2 months ago to prove this! this is completely unacceptable. The part i am most disappointed with is that they claim i still qualified for the month of September despite having made a similar purchase at the same petrol station as the above transaction for R70.90. This is unacceptable and i demand that this be rectified immediately or i will be closing my accounts and moving my vehicle finance and all future finances to another bank that does not feel the need to penalize their clients on an undocumented technicality that is being app**** inconsistently.

I have logged a query with FNB with no luck: ***Q

I was informed that this issue would be resolved by the 21st. the Consultant who contacted me confirmed that they could not find any transactions at other petrol stations tied to fuel purchases. The last update i received was a week ago. Can you please just let me know where we are in this process?
