FNB eBucks Stinks
The biggest joke of the banking industry - FNB's eBucks. I keep careful track of all my purchases and I can't balance my numbers with eBucks. It is also impossible to communicate with them because they do not want to communicate with their client via e-mail, only via FNB's app. I constantly have clients who want to see me, but now I have to work with the app in between. Shame, shame. I'm realizing more and more that I need to use my Standard Bank account more. Johan Moolman, please note how eBucks are calculated !!!!

The problem is that the eBucks employee calls you and wants to discuss everything over the phone so the client must use the FNB App constantly. What I can't understand is that all the details are on a computer. I once queried my diesel's eBucks. The lady at eBucks tells that they divide the total Rand value of the diesel by the petrol price in Gauteng. What happens to the client at the coast who pays cheaper for diesel. While eBucks advertises that they pay R4 per litre. It gives me the impression that they use a normal calculator to calculate the eBucks. Tragic that a client has to complain month after month on HelloPeter and nothing happens. Hello Mr. CEO.
