FNB Ebucks Sales

After my complaint, I was contacted by FNB and 3 of the games were delivered 2 days after, I was told that the last game was not available and their supplier would only open on the 13/01/2020. I have now waited an additional 2 weeks after my original complaint and this is 1 month and a week after my order was placed, this is now becoming ridiculous. I placed the order for my nephew to give him the games for Christmas and I have still not been able to give him his presents as I am still waiting for the last game. I have no words for the lack of service and feedback again. This is becoming extremely frustrating and I have afforded FNB enough time to resolve this but yet I sit a month after I paid for the goods and yet I still do not have my full order.
