FNB eBucks rules not clear

Once again FNB has blamed their own bad wording as an excuse not to pay eBucks or award points. I did not receive eBucks for my Pick 'n Pay spend and their reason, which is clearly stated on the breakdown, is that I used my physical card (which is blocked) and not my virtual card (wich I use for all transactions). It even states how much I could have earned if I had used my virtual card. Then they come up with the excuse that their wording might cause confusion. This is now the third time I have had this issue with them. This, on top of changing their rules to make it extra difficult to level up, is going to cost them customers.
