FNB Ebucks robbing customers

4 Months in a row, ebucks has not been awarded. I need to call and log calls. Filled up at Engen garage in october, used scan to pay. No ebucks rewarded. App says I filled at a non engen garage. Log a call with ebucks, 14Nov ***:, after scanning and emailing receipts I was rewarded.

The next month, same headache. Filled at Engen garage all month, used scan to pay each time. ZERO ebucks earned. shows I filled at non engen garages (I have receipts) Logged a call again with ebucks 9th Decemeber *** No ebucks has been reimbursed thus far. Ebucks has smsed me claiming that I will be reimbursed with January's allocations but NOTHING was reimbursed with January. Next... Filled at Engine garages all month. used scan to pay once again. Shows 1transaction for R845 at a non engen garage when the app even says that it was engen weststar forcourt as well as the previous months that was promised was not allocated, as well as no double up. This is not just me, my wife as well. she didnt keep her receipts so she lost out. Called ebucks this morning, 17minutes on hold before I could hang up
