FNB ebucks RIPOFF!!!

My FNB ebucks was calculated incorrectly. My FNB ebucks on the ebucks website does not tie up with the app. The FNB app and ebucks dashboard says I have no credit facility when I have an overdraft in excess of R500 and 2 personal loans!!! The ebucks website says I should have received 4922 ebucks when I only received 2450 ebucks!!! Can you guys not count??!! I demand for this to be recalculated!!!
