FNB eBucks rewards totals don't add up...come on FNB.. Be more transparent

I'm not convinced that FNB eBucks rewards totals are correct. They drop a total on your eBucks account, and that is that. There is no way of verifying it.. no reporting to confirm. If it was simply a case of "stop complaining, you are getting something for nothing" then great... But it isn't... You are asking me to change my banking habits to your benefit to get these rewards.. There's no free lunch here... So come on FNB.. Be more transparent.
