FNB EBUCKS REWARDS - NOT WORKING

I've been logging a query since Sept 2023. Till this day, nobody has assisted me to resolve the matter. If I phone, the reply I get, I will look into it ma'am and speak to the person you send the email to because they are not in the office now and call you back. This is frustrating and in the process to look for another bank with rewards
