FNB eBucks rewards a ****...!

I bought a R600 Makro voucher with my ebucks in October 2020, I went to Makro in October to spend my voucher, and was told by Makro that they no longer support ebucks vouchers, I then phoned eBucks to get my voucher money back, as I can't spend this voucher now, phoned every 2 weeks since then, still not getting my ebucks back...! What a load of bull. Promises you extra money, but then you can't use it anywhere? Also can't swipe at Checkers as they claim, also can't spend on Takealot, as I never get my OTP pin, but I do get my OTP pin when I log into ebucks... Same number. Why reward us with something we can't use?? Tired of fighting, this whole ebucks thing is a hoax...!! False advertising..
