FNB Ebucks reward rules giving wrong information

The ebucks reward level points for overdraft states:<br> Have an Overdraft facility of at least R10 000 of which you have used between 10% and 100% (From the ebucks site)<br> <br> On the rewards page on my FNB internet banking it states:<br> Use between 20% and 100% of your Overdraft Facility on your cheque account<br> <br> This is the same as the mail sent out to me in June, on which I checked that I comp**** to all above.<br> <br> This month I dropped a reward level and when I checked on the FNB site, I comp****, but I did not get the points. I promptly phone ebucks and checked. They come back with this:<br> <br> Please be advised to qualify for reward level points on your overdraft facility, you need to have a limit of at least R20 000 or more on your Cheque account. Our records show that your overdraft limit is R10 000, which is the reason you did not qualify for reward level points.<br> <br> This isn't anywhere in the reward rules on the Ebucks or FNB site. Its also not on the earn rules on my personal profile. In fact, its not published anywhere.
