FNB ebucks return on home loan

Hi Guys,

You're a pretty solid bank with a great app and but I was promised ebucks on my first home loan installment and I have never received it, not sure what is happening here, I'm on my 2nd month's s installment now and still not a thing.

Can someone please look into this asap.
