FNB Ebucks really becoming a farce

One of the main reasons for me moving to FNB was because of E-bucks. Over the last two years, it became extremely difficult to manage to stay on the top level. I managed in recent years to stay on level 5. Although every year I stay on top, the monthly value in rands drops every single year. Now with the new rules effective from 1 July 2019, I now drop to level 2. I won’t be able to climb additional levels to be where I usually was due to the new rules which makes it extremely difficult. I am not happy with this. We are getting **********. One used to be able to use the ebucks to get passed the difficult parts of the month. Now you won’t be able. Standard Bank will now have the most attractive rewards package. I am really considering moving back to Standard Bank just because of the rewards program.
