FNB Ebucks points calculation is inaccurate
Two months in row, my ebucks points calculation says 0 for the points collecting:
Make sure your Cash@Till™ withdrawals are greater than the value of all your cash withdrawals at ATMs and FNB branches during the month 1 000
This is despite the fact that I did no ATM withdrawals, and did only Cash at til withdrawal. The cost impact for me is nearly double the points that should have been awarded by moving to level 5.
