FNB EBUCKS PAY ME BACK MY R2968 FROM COMPUTICKET!

I have been requesting FNB Ebucks department to refund me back my R2968 for a show that has been cancelled last year and have been promised that i will be refunded and till today i am still fighting to get my money back. Every time i speak with a consultant they make promises but not keeping them. I am a valued client a FNB but treated so unprofessional and its disappointing. I don't want to say the names of the consultants i spoke to because i don't want them to have a bad service record in public because i am not that kind of a person to ruin other people's reputation, but FNB you will know whom i am referring to. I want my money please. Very disappointed at the service i am receiving.
