FNB EBUCKS PATHETIC SERVICE

Fnb ebucks customer service is terrible , the product itself is excellent but the customer service is terrible , I placed an order from their website on the 7th December till date my order has not arrived. 2 separate calls logged on the 22nd of December and the 3rd of January still no answer on my order , ebucks store manager was supposed to contact me and he has never till date , FNB EBUCKS your service in pathetic 😑
