FNB ebucks pathetic I owe them when I should be earning which I don't as a so called valued customer

Absolute monstrosity of a pathetic show of service.. if you earn points how can you owe points.. been with FNB for years now but don't earn ebucks although I spend a lot... Absolutely pathetic
