FNB Ebucks online sales
I place an order through the FNB Ebucks site14 Dec, I was told that the package is with the courier on the 18 Dec but when I called the courier 24 Dec after getting the tracking number FNB Ebucks, I was told the trackinh number does not exist... I then call the ebucks number again and this time the agent says there seems to be a problem but she would escalate the matter and call me back. That was the 24 Dec and to date I have not received a call or email. My order was placed 19 days ago but it seems my package has not even left your store and the lack of feedback Is most disappointing.
This was my first purchase with ebucks and I have to say, it is really poor.

15 Jan 2020, 16:28After my complaint, I was contacted by FNB and 3 of the games were delivered 2 days after, I was told that the last game was now available and their supplier would only open on the 13/01/2020. I have now waited an additional 2 weeks after my original complaint and this is 1 month and a week after my order was placed, this is now becoming ridiculously. I placed the order for my nephew to give him the games for Christmas and I have still not been able to give him his presents as I am still waiting for the last game. I have no words for the lack of service
