FNB eBucks Nonsense

I've already written long emails about this issue, so I am shoot syatight to the point(s)

- wanted to use my "FNB on the Go" voucher last NOVEMBER and it failed - was inconvenienced and had to pay for the meal, I used my cheque account to settle the bill - took a photo of the failed transaction on the Wimpy screen (as if I knew FNB would give me a run around over R99. 90 - contacted FNB via the app, told to call them, called them and was told to email them with specific details needed about the transaction. I finally emailed them and atahxed all requested information but didn't get an answer for over a month. - sent a reminder, and finally received feedback asking for more information - I have a thread of over 10 emails going back and forth on literal nonsense

It will be almost two months since the incident and we're still chasing ghosts. The issue is forever being "escalated" only to get a frustrating emails days later... ALL FOR A R99. 90 TRANSACTION. Even if I was bored or wanted to ***** the back, as this whole process makes me feel, why on earth would I need to do all that for ninety nine rand and ninety cents? At this points I don't want a call of "escalation" nor an email of that sort, just give my money back or simply tell me straight up that you won't be paying, simple.

I have had so many issues this bank since switching for a bond account, it is ridiculous to face such things, and this isn't even the first incident. Do better FNB

What is an apology without action? I'm still waiting... No remedy attempted whatsoever

FNB why do you keep sending my case to the same department that keeps failing me? Is this your standard of "escalation"? I have had my case "escalated" for the past month or so, after having waited for a whole month for some correspondence. This is really being pathetic now
