FNB eBucks - Non-Engen Fuel (Cape Town Branch)

In July I bought a cooldrink and something to eat at the SHall garage in Robertson, The garage was under construction and the card mashine used was the same as the ones used for fuel purchases (I assume),

That amount counted as NON-ENGEN FUEL and I didn't receive my double up fuel this month (Double up firsy period July - September).

I submitted an FNB eBucks complaint and haven't received an answer in 3 months time?

I moved to FNB for the ebucks rewards, but now I don't receive my total rewards!
