FNB ebucks misrepresentation

When I moved to FNB I was busy buying a new property. I was told that after 2 bond payments I would get R3000 worth of ebucks. I have not received it. So I made contact with them on the FNB chat. They kept transferring me to a different department after I had to explain everything. And different stories from each of them. They eventually logged a call for me and said someone would call I am still waiting. FNB Query ref ***Q been sent to FNB Home Finance ***. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 business hours.
