FNB eBucks just doesn't work anymore

The discounts are few and far. The benefits keep declining. The rules become more complicated with each passing year. I go to great lengths to conform to the many rules and changes of the FNB program and then your system FAILS me. You dropped my level even though I know I did all you require, however your system seems to not have recorded my actions. How is it possible to run a system that promised so much but delivers so little.
