FNB ebucks iTunes voucher

So, I bought an Apple iTunes voucher on the 24th of December with FNB eBucks which i 23 days later am still waiting for! I have called FNB eBucks devision so many times it’s actually unreal! In have however received a couple of phone calls saying that the matter is being investigated!

FNB …!!!!!! 23 day’s to get a simple eBucks iTunes voucher emailed to me is ********** and utterly poor!!
