FNB EBucks is nothing but a ****

FNB EBucks is nothing but a ****. I’m on a Premier Cheque account hardly ever travel but when I need to use my complimentary slow lounge visits, it’s a whole mission of excuses from FNB EBucks. Initially you had to be on level 2 now you have to be on level 3 which is almost impossible to get to without a credit card. Then they say book on EBucks travel to unclock the visit and I did that but still no complimentary visits. I had to call and be put through from consultant to consultant with no help at all from FNB EBucks. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
