FNB Ebucks is not rewarding clients as it should be - be alert!!!

I am very disappointed with the new eBucks system. It does not acknowledge my revolving credit facility or my investments, and despite initially reaching Level 5, my status was reversed back to Level 3.

This raises serious concerns about the value of investing in this bank and its products if the rewards system is unreliable. I raised this matter with the bank, and was assured that the system would update and points would be awarded accordingly — yet nothing has changed.

Customers are led to believe that by using FNB’s products, they will be rewarded through eBucks, but in my experience this has not happened. The system appears flawed and misleading, and I urge others to think twice before relying on these promised rewards.

Very disappointed.
