FNB eBucks is No Show....

Been saving my eBucks for the last 6 years, and now that I want to spent it on Black Friday - FNB eBucks is Offline??!! Called the support desk, they just lift their shoulders, they have no clue what is going on, no clue if it will get back on this black Friday....

FNB, I was saving up for 6 Years to get to this point, you did not pitch,... when will you show up?
