FNB eBucks is dying

<p>I'm disappointed in the FNB ebucks program... the discounts have all but disappeared and those remaining are being made pointless to use. I was a big fan... told all my friends, but now it is starting to be embarrassing. I tried to buy a physical Discount voucher from Dis-Chem to get the discount, but the eBucks site only has denominations of R50 and the TandC's clearly say that you can only use 3 vouchers per transaction... So for a delivery fee of R55 to get the cards, I get a R60 discount. FNB will probably reply and say that I should use the eVoucher, but that has different TandC's. So sorry... but the FNB eBucks team has let me down... PS... The advert about discounts changing... as your clients we expect you to be able to renotiate new ones.. You are quick to market new ones and then hide behind excuses when you can't keep them.</p>
