FNB EBUCKS IS A ****

I am writing this review regrading fnb ebucks. Science August 2025 when they allocate my rewards points from Pick N Pay they normally split my purchases into 2 for virtual cards and physical cards. They will only allocate to only purchases made via virtual card and then they say you could have earn so much ebucks if you did not use your physical card, and then they will continue saying make sure you use 100% virtual card for all of your purchase at Pick n Pay. I don't remember using my physical card when making payments. I have freezed that card since 2022 because I do not use it. This issues started since fnb moved from checkers to pick n pay. When I contact the ebucks I was told that I have used my physical card when I make purchases and did not resolve my complain. I was told that they are going to escalate my complain to relavent department since then nothing happened. I want fnb to allocate all my ebucks points that they were robbing me since July 2025 for all the purchases that I made at Pick N Pay. Which means when they say earn 20% back on ebucks when shopping at Pick N Pay is not 20%. its might be 10% back. They are misleading their customers.
