FNB EBUCKS has gone to the Dogs!

EBucks - FNB sucks!!! Not what it once was. I purchased a Fitbit with EBucks in +-March 2022. Around July/August it wasn't charging. I informed ebucks around September. I've called their number about a hundred times. 3 weeks back they were going to send a courier to pick it up, nada. I just tried calling eBucks again on Monday (past week from today). NO JOY. I'm at a standstill. I don't know what to do. Somebody help with this 😣 , please. Anyone FNB and it's cohorts used to be ranked on top.
