FNB eBucks Fuel Reward Policy forces you to open a secondary account with rival bank

Very disappointed in FNBs eBucks policy spent R14000 over December on Fuel exclusively at Engen.....routed my road trip to make sure I would pass through towns that had Engens. Only to miss out on the Double up fuel reward because I spent R204 on Coffee at other service stations over the month. This spend equates to only 1.5% of my monthly fuel spend.

So due to this policy, FNB is forcing you to open up a bank account with another bank to ensure you don't get penalised.....strange policy because as a business you should not want your customers making use of a competitors service. Hopefully by Q4 I will get the correct Double up reward......as I have already bought coffee from another service station already.

Also FNB think you need to update your R2500 fuel threshold...really not a lot.
