Fnb ebucks engen fuel ****

Good dady fnb,

I am quite appauled at the service provided from the ebucks team.

I am aware of the engen fuel double up promotion, and have been diligently refilling at engen for the past few months. In December it was noted that i refueled R39.80 at sasol and therefore have lost my doeuble reward.

Firstly why would i purchase R39.80 fuel at some garage, and secondly how do you expect me to have the receipt for my purchase. Does this mean every purchae i need to keep the receipt??? It is quite appauling after my call with reference to Rv*** that i have to have this receipt and that i need to start keeping these receipts going forward. The reason why i bank with fnb is so that they can help take care of these transactions going forward. THIS SERVICE IS LIE AND IS TRULY DISGUSTING!!! I would like this issue to be taken seriously and resolved with the utmost due diligence.
