FNB eBucks double fuel back rewards is a joke

FNB eBucks double fuel back rewards is a joke.

Time and time again purchases at a garage convenience store is being counted as fuel and eBucks requires you to email a till slip to prove its not fuel but their email address *** does not work so I have been calling and calling but none can tell me how to get the till slip to them to prove my case.

Im loosing over R1k because of this and none can help me!
