FNB Ebucks department a disappointment

Very disappointed in the FNB Ebucks department. I initially tried to get through to them several times to no avail. Eventually on the last attempt I managed to get through a spoke to one of their consultants who gave me his personal email address to log the query. Did not hear back from him even after following up. Tried calling again on Monday, after the 5th time it was answered by another consultant who also gave me his personal email address to log the query. Still no reply from him either again after following up. #BlackFriday
