Fnb ebucks cheated me

I was cheated by Fnb ebucks after their rules changed. They downgraded me from 5 to 3 without valid reasons. They claimed that I don't a Y account and didn't do budget. All these things I did as previous month. They are so selfish & didn't check before giving me low score and points. I want my points back please asap
