FNB eBucks Can't add or subtract

eBucks - Unbelievable that a bank pushing to be cutting edge with their tech stack can't resolve a simple misallocation issue. Started on 7th August. We're approaching 3 months and latest update is back to where the issue first started. *** Complaint falls on deaf ears. Typical of FNB "Care" Consultants to phone once, not well prepared, say they will find out and call back, AND NEVER DO!
