FNB Ebucks

I wanted to log onto ebucks and had forgotten my pin. In the past it was simply sms'ed to me but now I am instructed to go to the app. I don't have a smart phone and have no intention of getting one. The rep that I spoke to told me I have to into my branch to verify my ID. Really? A sixty-six year old woman has to go into a crowded branch in the midst of covid to confirm my identity? When FNB gives me a FREE smart phone they can dictate how I may communicate with them them.
