FNB eBucks

FNB since lockdown has been pathetic and ***********, I went to their branch to find out how much are my ebucks worth for my business card since i cannot see them on my banking app they always sent me sms last time i had ebucks worth R 400 but they have stopped informing me on how much they worth. I was told to call ebucks department which i did and spoke to Mbali who told me to go on to ebucks website and enter my ID and Pin card to login and I’ll be able to view my business card ebucks and also order my ebucks card so i can spend them i tried to login with my ID and Pin and it kept telling me my access has been revoked. Like what the hell is wrong with this bank?
