FNB eBucks and fuel rewards

FNB eBucks and fuel rewards

It is disturbing to know that FNB has now reverted to saving money and the funds from the savings would be recovered from their customers. I have now been informed by FNB on email that their small print (T & C's) have catered for a limit as to fuel purchases since reverting to Engen. I use to earn eBucks on my total spend at any filling station and was never limited to R 1 500-00. (only 702 limited eBucks) In June I earned 1300 eBucks, Nice saving for you FNB!!!!! Inform your customers of this FNB , people should know what they are in for and how a bank like FNB revert to limits for their own benefit, this is not looking at your customers, customers that pays for the empoyees salaries monthly.

I will definitely start looking around, I do see Standard bank have alot more benefits and earnings on their Uaccounts.

FNB is not the future or the way forward in banking regarding benefits from my personal experience as per my eBucks limit since their Engen switch over.

BE WARNED AND CHECK YOUR EBUCKS!!!!

So this is FNB way f dealing with their customers, not only have the reduced my ebucks potential on earnings, seems like they have to reduce benefits to pay for *********** staff which can't even call you back as per their commitment. So much for a bank (business) taking care of their customers. I will tell my story on ebucks to the whole country as I have all the proof of FNB reducing my benefits without having the decency of informing me of the "fine" print changes, but I suppose this is the people we deal with. I will close my accounts with FNB as they do not regard my business as a customer important.

And still till date FNB could not even call me or resolve or explain why they reduced my earnings on ebuck for their own financial benefit????? Useless and *********** staff and ban****! From being a top rated bank to down in the slumps, scary the kind of service one expects from being such a loyal and good customer. This is how I'm treated? Shame on you FNB!!!! I will have to move to a better bank, one that actually offers a service, and can communicate to their customers which pay their salaries.
